We are looking to recruit 2 further professional but friendly internal Senior account managers to help support our top customers.
We are one of the U.Ks leading security and CCTV distributors supplying components and IT equipment across the country. Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything we do and this is shown on our Trust Pilot reviews, as a result, we are looking only for exceptional people and will reward you accordingly.
The role and environment is fast-paced, progressive and fun. This Sales account manager position will suit someone who has a proven track record in sales and has exceptional customer service phone and admin skills together with the ability to build strong relationships.
You must be amazing on the phone, resourceful, confident, friendly, passionate, intelligent and professional. We utilise a world-leading CRM system - Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years internal sales experience and account management experience.
• Incredible sales/customer service / CRM Skills
• Excellent communication both on the telephone, in writing and in person
• The ability to self-motivate and make things happen, taking ownership at every stage
• Relationship building
• Great IT and Admin skills
• The ability to learn quickly and be technically minded.

BASE SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary basic: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year experience dependent + generous Commissions and benefits.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission + Bonus scheme

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
