Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Consulting & Solution Architecture: Design and implement cloud architectures for our customers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform, to optimally integrate our Wingman platform.
  • Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Technically guide and support customers in the seamless deployment of our solution in their cloud environments (preferably GCP).
  • Reliability and Support: Act as the technical expert to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our platform in customer environments through proactive guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Customer-Facing Automation: Develop and provide automated deployment solutions (IaC, scripts) to maximize efficiency and consistency for our customers.
  • Monitoring & Logging Integration: Help customers integrate our platform into their existing monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions to gain deep insights into system health and performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to relay valuable customer feedback for product optimization and the improvement of our cloud-native architecture.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to support and resolve critical customer incidents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a (Senior) Customer Engineer / Cloud Engineerat Genow, you will operate at the intersection of deep cloud expertise and customer-facing technical consulting.
You will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers throughout the entire lifecycle - from onboarding and implementation to scaling our Wingman platform.
In this hands-on role, you will design and implement robust cloud architectures for our customers, support their integration efforts, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of availability and performance within their environments.
