RESPONSIBILITIES
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a (Senior) Customer Engineer / Cloud Engineerat Genow, you will operate at the intersection of deep cloud expertise and customer-facing technical consulting.
You will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers throughout the entire lifecycle - from onboarding and implementation to scaling our Wingman platform.
In this hands-on role, you will design and implement robust cloud architectures for our customers, support their integration efforts, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of availability and performance within their environments.
