About the Team
Our Digital team leverages technology to enhance engagement with clients, donors and partners, streamlining processes and providing data-driven insights.
About the Role
As Senior Customer Experience Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality supporter interactions by managing end-to-end processes for registrations, donations, appeals, surveys, and supporter communications. You will be the escalation point for CRM and integrated system-related issues, supporting the CRM Administrator in ensuring accurate and timely data management.
You will drive process improvements by analysing customer feedback, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and coordinating merchandise orders and returns. The role also provides opportunities to support events and finance functions, while building capability through staff training and guidance.

About You

Responsibilities

Proven experience in customer service or supporter relations, ideally in a not-for-profit or fundraising environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage supporters professionally and prepare clear, tailored correspondence and responses.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical and data issues.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and third-party integrations.
High-level organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet defined service levels.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
The role is being offered as a permanent full-time role.
