Job Description:
Are you passionate about revolutionising customer marketing activities? Join AXA Health on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We’re looking for a proactive, insight driven professional to shape and deliver strategic intent for Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations (CEMO) audiences.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that insight and data underpins everything we do, working closely with our wider CEMO teams, to provide shape and framework.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
