Job Description: Position Summary The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will develop and lead customer marketing strategies that drive product adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy across DTN’s diverse portfolio of weather, market intelligence, and operational decision-support solutions. What You Will be Responsible For: Customer Advocacy & Industry Storytelling Lifecycle & Adoption Programs, work with CS and Sales Teams Customer Engagement & Community Building Retention & FOH, Weather and Ag Hub Solution Adoption Insights, Reporting & Optimization What You Will Bring to the Position: 6–10+ years of customer marketing, customer advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS. Experience in marketing analytics, data platforms, or technical software solutions. Proven success building customer reference programs and developing high-quality customer stories. Ability to understand and translate complex data-driven use cases. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. With Product marketing, sales and product teams. Experience with Canva, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and Salesforce. Experimenting and usage of AI marketing tooling and chatbots. Preferred Experience in weather intelligence, ag tech/ag data, commodity/energy markets, or operational decision-support solutions. Experience managing customer advisory boards, developing customer stories and case studies or vertical-specific customer user groups/councils. Understanding how enterprises use data for forecasting, operational planning, and risk mitigation. What Success Looks Like • Scalable advocacy pipeline with DTN customers representing global agriculture, energy, and weather-sensitive industries. • Increased adoption of key platforms and features within 30–90 days. • Improved renewal rates driven by stronger onboarding and value demonstration. • Growing community engagement through industry-specific content and events. • Quantifiable impact on expansion and pipeline acceleration. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
