As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will leverage various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company’s online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
• Lead the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
