This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Security Assurance Analyst in the United States. In this role, you will be a key contributor to building and maintaining trust with customers by ensuring their security and privacy concerns are addressed comprehensively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to provide expert guidance, respond to inquiries, and support compliance initiatives. The role involves hands-on engagement with security frameworks, third-party risk management, and regulatory requirements, enabling customers to make informed decisions and feel confident in the platform. You will help scale security operations, develop enablement resources, and drive process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to impact security practices across a fast-growing, customer-focused environment while mentoring peers and influencing organizational standards. Accountabilities Act as a subject-matter expert on the company’s security posture for internal stakeholders and external customers. Provide high-touch support during sales cycles, including RFIs/RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and customer calls. Develop and maintain security documentation, knowledge bases, and customer-facing resources. Partner with Sales, Services, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Risk teams to address security requirements and improve processes. Monitor and communicate evolving threat landscapes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices relevant to customers. Scale support for customer security inquiries while contributing to operational process improvements. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices, including application security, vulnerability management, asset and configuration management, and incident response. Experience in SaaS environments, particularly web applications, with direct cybersecurity exposure in analyst, consulting, or investigative roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion and collaborate cross-functionally. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA. Analytical skills and experience with tools like Looker or other data analysis platforms. Bonus: knowledge of data privacy concepts, SDLC security integration, and RFP content management. Competitive salary range: $104,800 – $157,200 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
