Jebsen Wines & Spirits is one of the leading distributors of wines, Japanese sake, spirits and mineral water in the region.     Purpose of the Job Responsibilities Process daily orders accurately received from email, online platform, telephone or fax etc. Ensure order release to warehouse and follow up delivery status with Logistic team. Follow up product returns. Work closely with Sales team to provide variety of support services and help them to improve productivities. Liaison with Logistic & Finance Team to follow up order related issues. Handle customer enquiries or complaints including e-Shop customers in a timely and professional manner. Collect feedback from customers to identify and analyse their issues and offering recommendations to enhance service quality. Maintain high standard and effectiveness of customer service, record keeping and reporting. Perform clerical or administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned. Requirements Form 5 / DSE or above Minimum 2 years' order desk or B2B customer service experience, experience in FMCG is highly preferred. Good telephone manner and customer oriented A strong team player who is proactive, details-oriented and able to work independently under pressure. Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office is an advantage.
