Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This is a varied, office-based role at our Leicester headquarters, where you’ll manage inbound enquiries, solve problems, and drive sales through excellent service and proactive outreach.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, confidence, energy, and a genuine desire to help people are essential. Alongside day-to-day enquiries, you’ll also play an active role in generating new business by calling data sets and following up with potential leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phone, email, and webchat enquiries.
  • Handle queries, feedback, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Convert new enquiries into sales with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls to provided data sets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Promote the benefits of recognition with trophies and medals.
