About this Position As a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery. This position is essential for managing the order processing lifecycle in SAP, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and facilitating timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team and report to the Customer Service Manager, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.
