Description

We’re seeking a driven Senior Customer Success Manager to help shape how our clients implement and benefit from BIMcollab. Acting as both advisor and advocate, you’ll ensure they unlock the full potential of our solutions—while your insights fuel the continuous improvement of our platform.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at BIMcollab, you’ll join our team of nine experienced BIM specialists, all with backgrounds in architecture or (civil) engineering and extensive hands-on industry knowledge.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in both supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer success with the implementation and daily use of BIMcollab. Your responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations and webinars, guiding onboarding and implementation processes, and proactively engaging with customers to maximize their value from our solutions.
You will also serve as a crucial link within the organization—sharing your expertise with our development, marketing, and sales teams. Your insights and the feedback you gather from clients will directly influence product improvements and feature development, helping to shape future releases of BIMcollab.
As a BIM expert, you ensure that the value BIMcollab brings to your clients’ workflows and project outcomes is clearly demonstrated and continuously enhanced — by actively sharing customer insights and feedback with our development teams to drive ongoing product improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation of BIMcollab Products
  • Deliver product demos and host webinars to educate and engage users
  • Proactively support clients to optimize their BIM workflows
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (development, sales, marketing)
  • Collect and communicate user feedback to influence product improvements
  • Highlight and demonstrate the value BIMcollab adds to client processes and project outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success strategies and materials

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

You’re an experienced Customer Success Manager with a background in SaaS and/or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, ready to take on a new challenge. You’re looking to make a meaningful impact within our Customer Success team—bringing your experience, insights, and passion to help our clients succeed with BIMcollab.
You have hands-on experience with BIM—whether in design, construction, or coordination—and you’re familiar with collaborative tools from Autodesk, Trimble or others, and tools like Revit, Solibri, or other IFC-based platforms. A background in Architecture or Civil Engineering—whether through formal education or industry experience—is a valuable bonus.
You’re passionate about the digital transformation of the building industry and thrive on helping others work smarter. You enjoy sharing your expertise through onboarding, support, and proactive consulting. You’re a confident communicator, able to lead client conversations, deliver clear product demonstrations, and collaborate across teams such as development, sales, and marketing.
You are fluent in German and English, with Dutch being a plus. You’re based in the Netherlands or the DACH region and are eligible to work remotely within the EU. Occasional travel—for customer visits, events, or trainings—is part of the role and something you embrace.

We offer a pivotal role within our organization where you can have a huge amount of impact. You work on an innovative platform that is used daily by the world’s largest building companies globally. We cherish continuous learning and improvement and take pride in our diverse and inclusive company culture. You can count on the following:

  • A competitive compensation package.
  • Annual profit sharing.
  • 27 vacation days with an opportunity to buy additional days.
  • Above-average secondary employment conditions: generous pension scheme and employee participation ensure a great involvement of the employees.
  • Green benefits: compensation for all green home investments, electrification of the vehicle fleet and a bicycle scheme.
  • Plenty of room for personal input, initiative and independence and good development and training opportunities with a yearly learning budget of 1500 EUR.
  • Contemporary extras such as a catered joint lunch, always fresh fruit.
  • You work from home if you want, with 2 days a week in our nearly energy-neutral work environment at the office, located in the centre of Eindhoven (walking distance from the Central Station).
  • A monthly home office allowance.
  • Opportunity to work fully remote up to 4 weeks a year
