WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have several years of experience in customer success/account management for Enterprise accounts
  • You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, and/or a comparable qualification with a focus on recruiting and/or comparable professional experience.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the areas of recruiting, talent marketing, online marketing, or high-volume recruiting/staffing (staffing).
  • You are resilient and can remain calm even in challenging situations.
  • You have a proactive and sales-oriented attitude and are able to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • You enjoy working with customers to define goals and evaluate results, as well as planning and conducting workshops (mostly digital, in person as needed) to develop concepts.
  • This role requires at least C1-level proficiency in English and German for effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide advice to customers on the development and implementation of recruiting strategies, such as the introduction of new recruiting channels or the optimization of candidate management.
  • Lead the project management for the onboarding/implementation process of Talention software for customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create corresponding concepts for the implementation of solutions in the Talention software.
  • Provide training, advice, and run workshops for customers on topics such as recruiting, candidate management, career pages, job postings, application processes, interfaces, and software setup.
  • Comprehensive customer engagement and relationship building, which includes regular communication via email, phone, and web meetings, as well as personal meetings (as needed), to clarify complex issues, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
