Your tasks

• You answer customer inquiries by phone and in writing in a competent, friendly and solution-oriented manner.
• For questions regarding invoices, contracts, and our products and services, you are the first point of contact.
• You provide service-oriented advice to our existing customers and support them with individual requests.
• You create tailor-made offers and reliably maintain customer and contract data in the relevant systems.
• You fully document customer requests and ensure that cases are resolved to the point of completion.
• Your professional demeanor actively contributes to long-term customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction.
• Together with your colleagues, you will continuously work to further develop and optimize service processes.

Your skills

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in customer support, customer service, or a comparable position.
• You are comfortable and confident using various IT systems and you work carefully and in a structured manner.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and team spirit characterize you.
• You work confidently and routinely with common computer applications.
• You impress with your positive charisma, your solution-oriented thinking, and your friendly demeanor.
