YOUR EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as Digital/Performance Marketing Manager or Consultant, preferably in a Media Agency.
  • Demonstrated interest in startup culture and familiarity with agile frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large budget investments on main digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager etc.)
  • Exceptional customer relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve clients’ problems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and advanced ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product and sales teams is a plus.
  • Business fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).
