The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients who may be facing stressful situations such as fire damage, water damage, mold issues, or pest infestations. In this role, you will support clients by understanding their needs, guiding them through service options, and ensuring a positive customer experience—all while helping drive sales conversions. This is a client-facing position that requires professionalism, active listening, and a compassionate approach. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients seeking restoration, remediation, or pest control services. Build strong rapport with clients by communicating with warmth, clarity, and empathy. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services. Provide exceptional customer support throughout the inquiry and sales process. Assist clients with scheduling, service explanations, and follow-up communication. Help drive sales by presenting service options and highlighting value. Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Share insights to improve customer experience strategies. Candidate Qualities & Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, call center operations, or a client-facing role. Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional, and empathetic tone. Strong ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Patient, compassionate, and able to support clients dealing with stressful home or property issues. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, virtual communication platforms, and digital tools. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a bonus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: Independent contractor, starting at $6/hour.
