We are a fast-growing eCommerce and B2B automotive accessories company seeking an experienced Customer Support & Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations, customer support coordination, and cross-team administration. This is a mid–senior level role for someone who thrives on responsibility, can manage both people and processes, and enjoys building efficient systems in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
This role bridges warehouse operations, customer support, and business coordination. You’ll oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure smooth customer support delivery, and act as the link between operations, marketing, and management. You’ll also coordinate with our marketing team to provide props, samples, and support for filming and content creation.
