- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless import/export operations.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in customs laws and international trade policies.
- Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
- Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for complex customs matters.
