We are looking for a talented SENIOR CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE ANALYST to join our specialized in  Logistics  at Cummins in San Luis Potosí, SLP. (Hybrid position: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote). In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Collaborate with the foreign trade team to ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements issued by customs, tax, and fiscal authorities. * Responsible for executing process improvements to comply with customs regulations and/or export control requirements. * Provide support for daily customs operations activities. * Monitor and follow up on strategies implemented to comply with legal reforms issued by federal and state governments, as well as international treaties. * Supporting government requirement projects. * Review customs law reforms and coordinate with Tax, Legal, Fiscal, and Production departments to ensure due diligence.
