Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, project support, or a similar role, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cyber Client Advisory Program Coordinator to support our Cyber Client Advisory team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of client engagements, contributing to the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity advisory services. You will play a key role in managing logistics, preparing client materials, and maintaining essential documentation, enabling our advisors to focus on strategic client interactions.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for client meetings, presentations, and workshops, both virtual and in-person.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, including proposals, reports, executive summaries, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain client communication logs, follow-up actions, and engagement timelines.
  • Support the Cyber Client Advisory team with data collection, research, and preliminary analysis related to client cybersecurity postures, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all client engagements and advisory projects.
  • Help track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for advisory initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from clients or internal teams related to advisory engagements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to support client advisory needs.
  • Manage and update information within client relationship management (CRM) systems and other internal tools.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service processes within the advisory program.
