Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct cyber readiness visits (35+ ships/year). Review compliance with Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DoD/Navy policy. Maintain readiness dashboards and Knowledge Management (KM) databases. Draft and update cybersecurity SOPs and instructions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Art or Bachelor ofScience degree. (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related). Eight (8) to Ten (!0) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support. Proficiency in: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS); Host Based Security System (HBSS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM). Experience in Navy compliance inspections. Strong RMF expertise. Clearance: Secret. 8570 certification: IAM Level III. COMPETENCIES Navy cyber compliance inspections. Risk Management Framework (RMF). eMASS. Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM)/CTO tracking. Policy development.
