As Senior Cyber Risk Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving SIXT’s risk assessment frameworks and risk management system. This role requires a deep understanding and experience with risk management frameworks, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a core part of SIXT’s GRC team and will work closely with various departments to ensure the integration of cybersecurity risk management into all business processes. YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have several years of experience in cyber security, with focus on Risk Management, including hands-on experience performing risk assessments for medium or large companies
• You are experienced with risk management frameworks and have proven track record of implementing and running them
• You have a strong motivation for innovation and building things, and you are not afraid to take on challenges
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and exceptional prioritization skills
• You have great collaboration and communication skills

• Risk Management System: You are responsible for the execution of the risk management system and monitoring of its effectiveness
• Risk Identification and Monitoring: You design and implement risk assessment methods and processes as part of SIXT’s risk management system
• Risk Data Analysis: You collect and analyze data, via automation when possible, to determine potential impact and likelihood of incidents
• Collaboration with Business and IT: You integrate risk management practices into daily operations
• Reporting: You produce reports and enable insight into potential risk exposure, losses and mitigation of identified risks through reporting activities
