Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business goals. Design and implement robust cybersecurity training programs tailored to various employee levels. Collaborate with training vendors and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and continuous learning throughout the organization. Work with technical teams to develop automated solutions for threat detection and incident response. Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity metrics program to measure the effectiveness of security initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize cybersecurity performance data. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments, addressing any gaps or deficiencies. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Develop clear and concise written materials, including reports, policies, and training content. Salary range for the position $85,000 to $130,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
