The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client.
This role is open within the Threat Center inside CSO.

SKILLS
Must have
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in case management or security operations.
CyberSecurity experience min. 3 years.
Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in creating documentation and user manuals.
Nice to have
Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the Threat Center case management tool and its functionalities.
Gather and document requirements from CSO stakeholders (KOPs, Current State, Metrics, Quotas, etc.)
Develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams (SecOps Engineering, SIEMs engineering, SOAR engineering) to ensure a transition to ServiceNow SecOps or Google SecOps )
Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the new system meets all functional and performance criteria.
Monitor the implementation process and address any issues that arise during the migration.
Generate detailed documentation of the migration process, including workflows, configurations, and user manuals.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the new system and identify opportunities for further enhancements.
