SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a D365 CE (CRM) Developer, with hands-on development expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) using Power Automate and Plugins.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS), Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced D365 CE (CRM) Developer to join an established player in the market and provide hands-on expertise in our client’s CRM space. Due to an increased workload, we require a highly skilled professional who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM platform.
  • Work with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to enhance CRM functionalities.
  • Implement integrations with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
