JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with deep expertise in end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across the Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost modules. This role requires at least 5 successful full lifecycle implementations and a willingness to travel for client engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 SCM functional consulting.
• Proven track record with at least 5 full end-to-end implementations of D365 SCM.
• In-depth knowledge of the following modules:
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Inventory Management
• Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Production Control (Manufacturing)
• Master Planning
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Landed Cost Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant Certification (MB-330) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally/domestically as per project requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules for diverse clients.
• Provide expert functional consultancy in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis.
• Design and configure SCM processes within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and system testing activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
• Support post-implementation activities including issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 SCM enhancements and industry best practices.
• Travel to client sites as required to support implementation and consulting activities.
