AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs, develop analytical models, and generate reports that inform business strategies. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will play a critical role in optimizing our clients’ operations and enhancing their competitive edge. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to present data in a clear and meaningful way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality. Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct data analysis and interpret results. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a professional and accessible manner. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights. Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software. Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is advantageous.
