QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, finance, business management, or economics).
• Certifications : At least one of the following:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Data Analyst (DP-500 or PL-300)
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior role.
• Project Delivery : Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects, transforming vague requirements into impactful stories with clear business outcomes.
• Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization design.
• Database Expertise : Strong SQL skills and experience with various database systems.
• Data Management : Knowledge of data governance and data quality management.
• Programming : Experience with Python, R, or similar languages is a plus.
• Data Handling : Ability to manage large and complex datasets.
• Agile Frameworks : Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Independence : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• DevOps : Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Data Modeling : Solid understanding of data modeling and database design.

In this role, you will support internal agile teams by driving the design, development, and optimization of data models and reports.
Your expertise will be essential in data exploration, interpretation, statistical analysis, report development, and visual storytelling—ensuring that our data-driven decisions are both impactful and strategic. You will regularly engage with stakeholders, provide updates, understand project priorities, and establish deliverable timelines that drive success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support cross-functional agile teams by understanding their data needs and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Collect and integrate raw data from diverse sources (e.g., relational databases, Excel), ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop data models and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using best practices to support data-driven decision-making.
• Embed Power BI reports into frontend applications and optimize BI solution performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations using data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand data needs and provide strategic insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports and data integration.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and BI tools.
• Mentor junior data analysts and promote data literacy across the organization.
