This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Americas. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Revenue and customer-facing teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and operational efficiency. You will work across multiple systems, uncover patterns, and create standardized metrics that inform decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly impact business outcomes by shaping strategies, guiding priorities, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will help the company turn raw data into clear, meaningful insights while contributing to a culture of data-informed decision-making. Accountabilities Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue leaders, providing insights that guide initiatives, goals, and priorities. Define, standardize, and track key metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), Cost per Contact (CPC), and escalation costs to ensure consistent measurement across teams. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into Revenue performance and customer experience. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies across platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Planhat, and Snowflake, and collaborate with the Data team to resolve them. Deliver actionable insights highlighting friction points, efficiency opportunities, and potential automation or self-service improvements. Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of reporting and analytics with broader company objectives and data models. Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, streamline workflows, and uncover insights more efficiently. 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting RevOps, Customer Success, Support, or Account Management teams. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or similar, building scalable dashboards and reports. Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, and experience with dbt and Snowflake for data modeling. Familiarity with CRM, CSM, or support systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Planhat. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to simplify complex data into actionable insights. Interest or experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating data insights for non-technical audiences. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and the ability to drive projects independently. Competitive starting salary ($128,000 or local equivalent, subject to market adjustments).
