Job Description The Data Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and gather, analyze, and interpret data to help the organization to make better decisions. The Data Analyst also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we meet the needs of customers, and drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities: Gather and understand business needs and objectives. Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, business metrics from data Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective Assist in planning, forecasting and AB testing processes. Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights. Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources. Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company. Qualifications Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools 4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence, e-commerce experience is a plus University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, AB testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Good communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences Applying expertise in analysis to see beyond the numbers and provide clear insights Additional Information What do we offer?
