JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to help us make a difference to our planet.
As our Senior Data Analyst, the job may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in the office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and the location advertised will be your contractual place of work.
Our opportunity is full time, 37 hours per week, but we would also consider applicants wishing to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and we will also try our best to consider those intending to work a job share. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Keep Evolving: Demonstrated commitment to staying abreast of technological advancements and training, with proven experience in adopting cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to enhance data-driven decision-making in business analysis.
- Better Together: Evidence of fostering effective, collaborative, and well-functioning teams within a business analysis or enterprise environment, with a track record of contributing to impactful projects that align with organisational goals.
- Expert by Nature: Advanced expertise in leveraging Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, to analyse datasets, create interactive visualisations, and automate workflows.
- Force for Good: Proven experience managing teams or projects, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Successful track record in developing data analysis capabilities, in line with an organisation’s commitment to achieving organisational excellence.
- Live and Breathe It: Demonstrated expertise as a skilled professional acting with integrity and consistently embedding values and purpose at the core of decision-making. Proven track record of delivering high-quality services through stakeholder engagement and putting user needs first.
