This role lies at the intersection of analytics engineering, data & product analytics encompassing dbt modelling, funnel visibility and instrumentation, product launch-readiness, SAMA regulatory and leadership-facing insights & recommendation via data driven decision making. This is not a dashboard-maintenance role. We need a Senior Data Analyst who can work through ambiguity, partner with Product and Engineering, build reliable data foundations, and turn complex business questions into a clear analytical direction. The ideal candidate is a strong initiator and doer, someone who does not wait for a task list, but can identify gaps, structure the problem, build the analysis, and drive stakeholders toward a decision. The successful candidate will have experience developing analytical solutions and assisting with data-driven decision making, while managing stakeholders across a broad range of functions. Tamara is a high growth startup looking to develop key product success metrics and enhancing decision making through data. Your Responsibilities Drive business impact through actionable insights and identifying key opportunities for rapid growth Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights Work with the data engineering team on the data enrichment needs of the product team Work with stakeholders across the business to prioritize projects based on impact and drive delivery Developing a process to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empower informed decision making for stakeholders Ensuring governance and being a steward of good analytical practices throughout the process Your Expertise 6+ years of experience in data analytics Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other analytical field. Graduates from other fields with relevant knowledge and experience are welcome to apply. Hands on experience using programming (Python, R) to manipulate large data sets for insights Demonstrated proficiency in one or more implementations of SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) Display understanding of your domain of interest - Whether its Finance, Risk, or Product Experience using Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python a plus! Experience using one or more data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset a bonus Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn a bonus!
