Responsibilities

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team within Civil and Enforcement Services. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead complex data initiatives, uncover meaningful trends, and deliver strategic insights that inform high-impact decisions. You’ll be responsible for producing advanced analytics and reporting using tools such as SQL Server, Power BI and Python while also mentoring junior analysts and driving data-driven thinking across teams. To succeed, you’ll bring proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics, strong data storytelling and visualisation skills, and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Undertaking and leading the development and delivery of complex reports, self-service dashboards, campaigns and analysis using data from internal and relevant external sources
  • Optimising and automating analytics and reporting processes to generate repeatable intelligence
  • Interrogating, examining and transforming data to produce appropriate analytical solutions that support business decision making.
