We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights that drive the business forward. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with modern data tools, and the ability to turn raw information into meaningful stories that influence strategy and execution. What You’ll Do Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decisions. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for projects and initiatives. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data collection and quality standards across the organization. Lead high-priority analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong track record of problem solving. Proficiency in SQL and/or statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences. Certifications are not required, though they may be beneficial. Additional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality. Ability to work effectively in environments where data may be incomplete, messy, or evolving. This position is considered hybrid and is located in our Salt Lake City office.
