At Hello Chef, we believe that data is more than dashboards - it’s how we empower smart decisions, unlock growth, and build products our customers love. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we make smarter, faster, and more customer-focused decisions.
For a small team, we operate with big-league data practices - from a mature dbt setup to a culture that values clean, actionable insight. You’ll work across product, marketing, and engineering to solve high-impact problems and support initiatives that shape the future of Hello Chef.

ACCOUNTABILITIES, GOALS AND OUTCOMES

• Collaborate closely with marketing and food to deliver insights that improve acquisition, reactivations, CAC, churn, and other key metrics.
• Translate business problems into analytical questions and deliver compelling, data-backed recommendations.
• Own key dashboards and data pipelines that power weekly and strategic business reviews and OKRs.

• You’ll own and optimise our dbt-based Data Marts — the foundation of analytics at Hello Chef.
• You’ll work with best-in-class data infrastructure and pipelines and help scale them.
• You’ll support key initiatives like our loyalty program and the launch of new business and product lines.
• You’ll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and others to drive real-world decisions.
• You’ll join a data-forward culture where insights matter and great work is recognised.
