Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Senior Computerized Records Analyst to lead our legal operations data team. This role requires advanced skills in managing and analyzing digital legal records, with a strong command of database systems, Excel, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also possess supervisory experience to guide and train junior analysts, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and management of computerized legal records and databases. Use Excel for advanced data manipulation, reporting, and statistical analysis. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM or legal systems to filter, search, and extract relevant data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support legal team performance and compliance. Supervise and train a team of entry-level analysts, ensuring consistent quality and productivity. Collaborate with leadership to improve data workflows and reporting capabilities. Identify trends and operational insights through statistical analysis of legal data. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards. Requirements Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. At least three (3) years of experience in computerized records analysis, data analytics, or legal operations. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Salesforce. Strong understanding of database systems and data filtering/search techniques. Proven supervisory experience with the ability to mentor and lead junior staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong writing and reporting abilities. Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is helpful but not required. Legal background is a plus, but not required.
