As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our data strategies and unlocking insights that drive impactful decisions across the organization. Leading complex analytical initiatives, you’ll work closely with a team of data professionals, ensuring data solutions align with business goals. ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

• Lead the design and development of advanced Tabular data models to address company-wide analytical needs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the analytics team.
