• You analyze process and company data in Celonis, process variants and performance drivers, and develop dashboards, reports and KPI systems.
• You identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and compliance deviations and conduct data analysis and root cause analysis.
• You will provide support during process discovery workshops and customer presentations.
• You analyze and document business processes and develop data-based recommendations for action.
• You provide support for value assessments and business cases through data-driven insights.
• You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and customers.

What do we expect from you?

• Personal background : You have completed a degree in business informatics, data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, business administration or a comparable field.
• Data analysis : You have experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or process analysis.
• Technical understanding : You are familiar with SQL and data models as well as KPI systems, dashboards and reporting solutions, and have experience with Celonis, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics platforms.
• Mindset : You possess excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers. You work in a structured and data-driven manner and can present analytical results in a way that is understandable for specialist departments.
• AI understanding : You have experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
• On the road : You are ready to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site throughout Germany.

• Nice to have : You possess a Celonis Analyst certification and/or a Celonis Process Mining Analyst certification. Knowledge of PQL (Process Query Language), process mining, and domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, finance, customer service, or insurance are advantageous. Experience with Python or R for data analysis, as well as with statistical methods, forecasting, or predictive analytics, rounds out your profile.
