Thus, you'll enjoy the benefits of working from home while also experiencing the team spirit in our offices (approx. 50%) We promote your professional and personal skills with individual training opportunities (e.g. Visable Online-Academy & Trainings), regular feedback discussions and team-building measures Take advantage of our “Workation” offer and work where others spend their holiday Profile Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field Several years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within Sales, Finance or Commercial Analytics Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale analytical databases and dimensional data models (Star/Snowflake schema) Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation, testing, documentation and version-controlled analytics development Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or Databricks) is highly desirable Experience using Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools to build scalable reporting solutions Good understanding of data modeling, data quality and analytics engineering best practices Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows. Python or R experience for analysis and automation is a plus Interest in AI-powered analytics, LLM applications or AI-enabled data products, with a willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and the ability to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning Business fluency in English is required We live and love diversity!
