We're looking for Senior Data Analyst - Marketing that is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes. Mission: Turn data from our Marketing & CRM sources into actionable insights for Sleek’s CEO, CRO, Marketing Leaders & CFO. You will play a pivotal role in Sleek’s ability to scale profitably, working closely with many members of the leadership team. Outcomes: 1. Improve Monthly Leadership Reporting of Marketing: include targets in Marketing dashboard Drive revamp of Marketing Dashboard in Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise. Add visualizations most useful for users, remove little used sections 2. Improve Marketing department level reporting to drive better actions Improve page-level performance reporting and keyword mapping to support SEO Improve website analytics reporting (working closely with eCommerce team) to support improvements on conversion rates 3. Data integrity & Documentation: Documentation: Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Confluence or Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure Channel attribution is representative of the true source of leads and customers. Drive improvements with various teams responsible of the input data (platform, CRM, eCommerce) to ensure maximum accuracy 4. Competitive Reporting: Define & Build competitive reporting dashboards or tools to monitor & drive action 5. Data quality recommendations: Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that BigQuery is maintained as best as possible 6. Manage 1 intern + Collaborate with other Data Analysts: Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs. You will also manage 1 intern To do this you will have A minimum of 8 years experience as a Data Analyst in Marketing. Strong Experience with Channel attribution & web analytics datasets. Strong SQL skills Experience with Tableau Experience with CRM systems & data, Hubspot preferred Experience with AI-based data analytics, with recent models Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles: Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. The interview process The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. Screening Call with Talent Acquisition A ~30 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Lead Technical round A ~60 minute analytics competency interview, where one of our senior Analysts will assess your general analytics skill set. Technical Round 2 - Marketing Specific A ~60 minute session with our Head of Performance Marketing. This round will focus on domain knowledge + problem solving frameworks.
