Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

What is a typical day? We rely on data heavily, so you must be both reactive and proactive in developing and managing reports for use by managers and the Business Support Team. You will engage and support clinicians, administrators and managers, you will be the lead for a number of reporting profiles.
What is expected of you? We are looking for a candidate who has a good level of MS Excel, they will be able to process raw data from other systems and create bespoke reports, a good knowledge of Pivot Tables/PowerPivot and the ability to present data in an easy to read format is essential.
The team! You will work as part of a small team, but you will influence and support a much wider team. We are a friendly and supportive team, we promote collaborative working and we will offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to develop their skills using a number of systems and processes.

Essential criteria:
Use of ICT applications/packages. Experience of working in a busy environment. Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
