Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Senior Enablement Analyst, you’ll be a hands-on contributor at the intersection of data analytics and internal capability building. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse data, extract insights, and drive measurable improvements across our OSP Partner ecosystem.
While this role sits within the Enablement team, your focus will be firmly on delivering robust analysis and supporting strategic, cross-functional initiatives across ecommerce, last mile, fulfillment, and supply chain. You’ll also help standardise tooling, share best practices, and improve the scalability of analytical delivery across the function.
You’ll work with vast datasets, advanced tools, and a highly collaborative team of analysts and stakeholders. Your insights will directly influence multi-million-pound decisions and help enable growth and efficiency across our global partner base.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Insight Generation: Extract, analyse, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for OSP Partners, helping drive growth, efficiency, and operational improvements.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead analytical workstreams on cross-functional projects that require collaboration across multiple analytics domains (e.g. ecommerce + fulfillment).
  • Analytics Enablement: Build reusable queries, standardised reporting templates, and scalable tools that streamline insight generation for the wider analytics function.
  • Visualisation & Communication: Develop compelling dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver insight in a clear, user-friendly format to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with analysts across all domains and key stakeholders in technology, operations, and partner-facing roles to enhance our collective insight capability.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Support: Support analytics onboarding, document methodologies, and help facilitate learning and alignment across the team through enablement forums or champion initiatives.
  • Data Quality & Accessibility: Work with Data Engineering to close gaps in data pipelines and ensure consistent, high-quality access to the data needed for robust analysis.
