REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience preferred.

Analyze, visualize, and interpret data from Pharmacy Systems to provide business insights to pharmacy leaders.

• Assist in evaluating proposals for data collection through an understanding of the pharmacy business and applications needs.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities required for the collection and analysis of data related to pharmacy business needs.
• Maintain data collection systems (e.g., databases and spreadsheets) by troubleshooting problems, providing user support and education, and promoting integration with other systems.
• Develop and run queries; utilize data to support assigned business areas and organize them in a format for ease of review and use.
• Understand business processes and how data is created in pharmacy software systems to provide insights to business leaders on how to improve patient access, satisfaction, and cost.
• Conduct complicated and detailed analyses of data for pharmacy business functions.
