Description:
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the IPMS project by executing data conversion, cleanup, mapping, and validation processes. This role is crucial in ensuring data accuracy and integrity during system transitions and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling large datasets, developing data mapping strategies, and conducting rigorous validation checks. Proficiency in SQL Server, advanced SQL scripting, and Excel-based data analysis is essential.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Enterprise Data Conversion Experience: Proven track record in enterprise-wide data migration projects, including mapping and validation. Experience with at least three enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP systems).
- SQL Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL scripting and manipulating large datasets.
- Excel Mastery: Strong expertise in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros.
- Data Quality Management: Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, cleanup, and validation techniques.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data structures and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in documenting processes, workflows, and data mapping logic.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:
- Data Conversion: Execute seamless data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
