In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Central Monitoring Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) systems. Your responsibilities will include managing centralized monitoring activities for global trials, analyzing critical risk and operational performance data, and collaborating as a key member of the Clinical Study team. The role involves interpreting key performance indicators, driving process improvements, and fostering industry collaborations to enhance central monitoring capabilities. \n Accountabilities Develop and author the Central Monitoring Plan. Participate in the Quality Risk Assessment and Control Tracker development. Conduct study-level Central Monitoring reviews using data analysis tools. Interpret key performance metrics and assess trends within studies. Provide reports and insights to support sponsor interventions. Document outcomes from Central Monitoring Review meetings. Lead the development and improvement of data review tools. Requirements Proficiency with Cluepoints or similar RBQM systems. Technical experience in database and report development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of clinical drug development and regulatory guidelines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of business trends and information. Experience with programming languages and statistical analysis. Aptitude for data analytics and statistical concepts.
