Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics Perform root cause analysis on business performance issues Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting Support data governance and documentation standards Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Strong experience with Excel and data modelling Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is advantageous Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking Ability to work independently in a remote environment Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred Salary: R35,000/month | 100% Remote
