This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst in the United States. In this role, you will provide strategic insights and analytical expertise to support business decision-making, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work with large and complex datasets, developing dashboards, visualizations, and reports that drive measurable business impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify key challenges, answer critical business questions, and support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. This position offers an opportunity to influence outcomes across multiple business functions while applying advanced analytics techniques in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Your work will directly support performance optimization, campaign effectiveness, and a deeper understanding of customer behavior. Accountabilities: Query, join, and manipulate large datasets, automate data processes, and create calculated variables to support analytics initiatives. Analyze business and marketing program performance, including sales lift, incremental revenue, response rates, and customer profiling. Develop and maintain business and sales performance reporting, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Build and manage dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx, and BigQuery, ensuring clarity and usability. Collaborate with business partners to understand analytical needs, present findings, and support cross-functional decision-making. Produce clear and impactful presentation materials, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Apply domain knowledge to support targeted analytics initiatives, including industry-specific considerations where relevant. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in analytics, with proven skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and reporting. Strong proficiency in SQL, GCP/BigQuery, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for querying, transforming, and visualizing complex datasets. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Solid understanding of at least one core analytics specialty (e.g., customer analytics, campaign analytics, financial reporting). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and present results to stakeholders at all levels.
