This role offers the opportunity to drive critical insights across multiple teams by turning complex datasets into actionable recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will build and maintain analytical infrastructure that empowers Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams to make data-driven decisions. Your work will influence product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and operational strategies, directly impacting outcomes for end users. The role combines hands-on SQL and dbt work with strategic engagement across departments, requiring both technical expertise and collaborative communication. You will be central to transforming raw healthcare data into clear, actionable insights and guiding decision-making processes in a fast-growing, high-impact environment. Remote work is supported, with flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones. Accountabilities: Build and maintain dbt data marts to transform raw data into actionable insights and behavioral segments. Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms for cross-departmental stakeholders. Partner with Product Engineering teams to implement event tracking and behavioral analytics for new features. Conduct subscription, retention, and funnel analyses to inform product strategy and revenue forecasting. Identify workflow improvements and provide operational insights to support decision-making. Ensure data quality standards and build self-service analytics capabilities for non-technical users. 7+ years of SQL experience with complex datasets, including multi-table joins and query optimization. 5+ years collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Service functions. 5+ years of digital product analytics experience, preferably in subscription or SaaS business models. Expertise with dbt for building and maintaining data transformation pipelines. Hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Experience with modern ETL tools and data stack technologies (e.g., Fivetran). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Competitive base salary ($150,000–$160,000) plus equity. Paid time off and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account with match. Company-paid STD/LTD, AD&D, and life insurance. Paid Family Leave and 401(k) with match. Opportunities to shape analytical infrastructure and make a measurable impact on healthcare delivery.
