This role delivers insights with actionable impact and contributes to the development of analytic frameworks and best practices across clients and industries. Key Duties/Responsibilities Consult with stakeholders to design robust measurement frameworks that connect online and offline consumer activity. Develop advanced attribution and optimization models to guide marketing investment and strategy. Design and execute complex analyses, test plans, and audience segmentation strategies. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client and business stakeholders. Contribute to the design of scalable analytic processes, templates, and tools. Guide marketing science work including campaign impact measurement, media testing, and reporting automation. Mentor junior analysts and guide analytic design across engagements. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Master’s preferred Experience 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, marketing science, or strategy Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication and storytelling with client stakeholders. Able to translate insights across channels and verticals for broad application. Strong understanding of omni-channel measurement techniques and marketing KPIs. Applies knowledge from multiple verticals and multiple channels to identify client opportunities. Experienced in dashboarding, statistical methodologies, and analytical design best practices. Experience with Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau or similar visualization tool. Additional Information RRD's current salary range for this role is $90,800 to $145,300 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
