ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will unlock deep, actionable insights from both on-chain and off-chain data sources to guide strategic decisions across the business and product teams. Embedded in a cross-functional EPD team of ~30 people, you will directly influence pricing, feature development, and go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving Web3 environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze complex data (on-chain & off-chain) to drive business and product insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that communicate clear narratives
• Define and track key performance indicators across product and business functions
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable pipelines and scalable analytics infrastructure
• Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product changes
• Support product, strategy, and growth teams with tailored, high-impact analytics
