Description Senior Data Analyst Reports To: Director, Business Intelligence Location: Indianapolis, IN | Miami, FL | Austin, TX | Omaha, NB | San Antonio, TX Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 (Based on overall experience and location) + Annual Bonus % **Do NOT apply if you are unable to reliably commute to one of the locations listed above at the time of submitting your application** SUMMARY - We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data integration, analysis, and business intelligence development across a variety of internal and external data sources. This role focuses on building and optimizing data pipelines, developing dashboards, connecting to diverse APIs, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights. While Domo experience is a major advantage, strong BI and engineering skills on any modern platform are welcome. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data Engineering & Integration Design and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines and transformation processes across multiple systems. Build and manage API connections to external and internal data sources. Integrate structured and unstructured datasets into centralized environments. Optimize and troubleshoot existing data workflows for improved performance. Analytics & Insights Perform advanced data exploration and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable outputs. Build automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders. Statistical methods or modeling experience is helpful but not required. Business Intelligence Development Develop dashboards and reporting tools—ideally within Domo, though experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is valuable. Ensure high-quality, scalable, user-friendly BI solutions. Collaborate with business partners to align requirements and solutions. Data Access & Querying Navigate and query AWS data environments, specifically Redshift. Write complex, efficient SQL for analysis and data preparation. Experience with Python or R is a plus. Collaboration Act as a subject-matter expert on data tools, analysis methods, and best practices. Partner across technical and business teams to improve data quality, processes, and insights Requirements KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES 5–7+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related technical roles. Strong expertise in SQL and working with relational data systems (AWS/Redshift preferred). Experience designing ETL pipelines and working with APIs. Demonstrated BI development experience; Domo experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Experience in financial services or financial data environments preferred Experience collaborating with off-shore or distributed teams is a plus Python and/or R experience is a plus. EDUCATION · Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
